What are the opening times?
We are open from June – November each year and are open for visitors from 12pm – 6pm every Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday inclusive.

Seasonal Pass: €70
This covers entry onto the farm which includes:
- Visit the animals and Animal feeding at 2pm
- Pedal tractors
- Pedal Go Karts & Go Kart Track
- Outdoor blackboards
Where are we located?
To get to us from Wexford town: Take the main road heading to Rosslare and take the exit for Kilmore/Kilmore Quay. On approaching Kilmore village you will see a graveyard on your right hand side, take the right turn immediately after the graveyard. As you turn, Kilmore national school will be on your left. Follow this road to Bridgetown village, you will pass Bridgetown Vocational school on your right . then take the next left once you have passed the school. Follow the road and on your right you will see a wide entrance to Ballycross Apple Farm . Follow the avenue down to the yard .
What do we wear for a visit to Ballycross Apple Farm?
Dress warm: Raincoats, wellies and walking shoes with a good base grip are always useful! Please wear suitable footwear if you want to do our trails.
The Courtyard has a canopy and heating so you can enjoy refreshments outside as there is limited seating in our cafe.
Can I feed the Animals?
We would prefer if the animals are not fed. In the event that you have brought food for the animals, please make sure that the food is suitable by asking a staff member for approval. Please ensure that all plastic food carrier bags and containers do not fall into the animal area’s and please dispose of accordingly. There’s a wide variety of animals also for the children and adults to check out . Please note that children should be supervised at all times especially if they are not used to being around animals and please note signage that is pinned up around the farm.
Can I buy lunch at Ballycross Apple Farm?
You can enjoy a range of sweet and savoury snacks in the Ballycross Cafe. There are a range of homemade waffles, crepes and sandwiches to choose from along with ice-cream from our retro ice-cream van. There are hot and cold drinks to enjoy and lots of our award winning Ballycross Apple Juice.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes – we welcome visitors to use the picnic tables provided but please be sure to tidy up after your picnic and dispose of rubbish accordingly
Can I bring my pet to the farm?
We love all animals at Ballycross however only dogs on leads and registered assistance dogs are allowed.
Do you take card payments?
Yes we accept all card payments.
